How long does it take to receive my order?

Pre-orders close on November 10. Shipping will begin on December 1, and delivery will take 3-9 business days from that date.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for purchases over $150. For purchases under $150, shipping is $8 to anywhere in Canada.

Do you ship internationally?

We're currently shipping only within Canada. Unfortunately, we're unable to ship to the US due to cross-border duties and handling fees but we're hoping to expand soon. 

What material is each piece made of?

Each piece is built to last, made from either sterling silver or 14K solid gold. Each piece is designed in 3D, polished to a shiny finish and crafted locally in Vancouver, Canada.

How should I take care of my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best, you can:

• Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals.
• Clean your pieces gently with a soft cloth to remove any dirt or oils.

What's your return and exchange policy?

Since every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us via our contact form or on Instagram, and we’ll do our best to help you out.
